The 24,000 sqft art facility featured 17,000 sqft of permanent exhibitions and 7,000 sqft of temporary exhibitions that changed every six months. Art + Exhibitions consists of art collections and library for educational use.

ART • ACTIVISM • IMPACT

To Build A Museum began as my phenomenological dissertation, Building a Museum: Sex Education Through Art, exploring the intersection of art, sexuality, and education. This academic work became the foundation for the creation of the Erotic Heritage Museum, a space dedicated to fostering understanding through art and education.

What started as an academic inquiry evolved into a platform for activism, artistic expression, and community engagement, documented here through the profound experiences, challenges, and insights I encountered, along with contributions from esteemed artists, colleagues, and patrons. To Build A Museum reflects my commitment to inclusivity, expanding awareness, and celebrating the transformative power of art, while capturing the key moments that shaped this project.
